Snowdrops & Bluebells: Stained Glass Workshop
Saturday 27th February, 10am to 2pm
The Court Street Gallery, Trowbridge
£75 per person, all tools and materials provided
Imagine a little pot of spring that catches the light, glowing on your windowsill while the world outside is still wintry. Nodding white snowdrops with green-tipped petals, or bluebells in deep, jewel-bright blue, each flower cut from glass and nestled into a cushion of moss in a terracotta pot.
Over a calm, creative morning, you'll learn the copper foil technique: cutting and shaping glass, wrapping each piece in foil, and soldering your blooms together stem by stem. You choose your flower, snowdrops or bluebells, and leave with a finished piece you made with your own hands. No experience needed, just a love of wildflowers and a little patience for slow, mindful making.
