Stained Glass Holly Sprig with Red Velvet Bow | Handmade Christmas Gift

Deep green holly, bright berries, and a bow of soft red velvet. This hand-built stained glass sprig brings the hedgerow into the house at Christmas, with dark, glossy leaves and berries that glow like embers when the light catches them.

Each piece is cut by hand and built in the copper foil technique on my narrowboat studio, Willow, then finished with a dark patina and a hanging loop, and tied with a velvet bow. Because every piece of glass is different, no two sprigs are quite alike.

Hang it in a window, on the front door, from a mantel or a cupboard handle, or tie it to a wreath or a gift. It won't prick, drop its berries or fade, and it can be unwrapped year after year as a keepsake.
